Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay with a product being fulfilled, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it is returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

  1. check with household members or neighbors, and

  2. contact the carrier directly.

If you still need help, email us at peggy@bottletrendstore.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email peggy@bottletrendstore.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review and make it right based on the situation.
